At Cruise Port Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, simply send the item(s) to our fulfillment center, and we will inspect the returned item(s) before issuing a full refund for the amount paid on the original order.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, and should not show any signs of wear or tear. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the full amount paid on the original order within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
